Mets offseason plan #4: Yes or No

Heres my forth suggestive plan for the Mets to do this offseason. Once again I will have a vote on after tomorrow's post and if it goes well, I will do the same for some other teams. Like plans one and two, Jose Reyes takes an offer from another team. Mike Pelfrey is non-tendered but Angel Pagan returns. Mets sign former Met Heath Bell to a 3 yr $26 million contract and Mark Buehrle to a 2 yr $21 million contract. They then trade C Josh Thole, OF Lucas Duda and INF Daniel Murphy to Arizona for C Miguel Montero and sign FA OF David Dejesus to a 1 yr $4 million contract. They sign OF Ross Gload and INF Mark DeRosa to minor league contracts to solidify the bench. They also sign FA RHP David Aardsma to a 1 yr $4 million contract and RHP Dan Wheeler to a 1 yr $2.5 million contract as well as adding RHP Joel Zumaya to a minor league contract for insurance. They also add former Cy Young winner Brandon Webb to a minor league deal. They also choose to retain back-up catcher Ronny Paulino. 
So the lineup looks like this Pagan CF, Tejada SS, Davis 1B, Wright 3B, Montero C, Bay LF, Dejesus RF, Turner 2B. Pitching staff: Santana, Buehrle, Niese, Dickey, Gee. (possibly Webb if healthy and can contribute) Bullpen should be solid with Bell, Aardsma, Wheeler, Parnell, Beato, Byrday, Acosta, Herrera and Zumaya. (nine will be cut to seven somehow. The bench should look better but not as deep with DeRosa and Gload. Alfredo Amezaga signs a minor league contract and makes the team.
